There's no gimmick here! We make wellness exciting and fitness enjoyable when it comes to putting together programs for our customers. Because it's not just about creating high or low intensity workouts but the incredible journey leading towards one's purpose.
Check out some scenarios below to help you figure out what program works best for you!
Caller #1: "Can you tell me about your different programs? I'm not looking to do anything fast paced or too difficult because I don't think I'll be able to keep up."
Often times we forget that not everyone is looking for high-intensity 2-10 week programs, for example. Which is GREAT to lose weight faster! But what about those who are looking for a more moderate program in order to receive the same results? Truth is the word "fitness" scares some people which stops them from challenging change to their unhealthy lifestyle. Not to mention health or physical restrictions may come into play. And that's where WeLitty Wellness comes in! We incorporate ways to help each individual feel safe, happy, healthy and comfortable while exercising. First we start off by creating a private fitness program on days and specific times of the week. That way clients can work on themselves while simultaneously build their confidence before entering a group program, for example. NOTE: We may ask individuals to consult their doctor before starting our private fitness program.

Caller #2: "I used to love working out, but I stopped because no ones else around me wants to join. Now, I feel lazy and the thought of exercising alone scares me. I'm not ready for a group fitness program either.. but I don't mind buddying up with someone. Do you have any suggestions?"
Of course we appreciate being accompanied by a friend or family member to achieve our fitness goals. But as we get older, life gets in the way to where we're left to make things happen on our own. It may be difficult to stay motivated which causes delays with our fitness goals. Well, no worries!
