Learn urban dance choreography in our Center Stage program! Flexibility, conditioning and technique are emphasized. We're known as the "first urban dance in Durham Region" because of Center Stage. Open for students ages 6-12yrs old.

Personal Training

Book one-on-one personal training sessions at a gym, or private dance lessons at our studio.

Attire

We advise clients to wear appropriate fitness/dance clothing only. No jeans, please.

  • Ballet: bodysuit, tights, ballet shoes
  • Jazz: bodysuit, tights or spandex shorts, jazz shoes
  • Contemporary & Lyrical: bodysuit, tights or leggings
  • Acrobatics: bodysuit, spandex shorts, no socks/shoes
  • Hip Hop, Urban & Caribbean styles: comfortable clothing

No refunds after the client's second dance class.
