Here’s an introduction to dance program open for young boys and girls. Guaranteed to develop musicality, precision and learn rhythm. An awesome class that encourages smiles and participation using different genres of music. Open for preschooler age children, 4-5 years old.

Personal Training

Book one-on-one personal training sessions at a gym, or private dance lessons at our studio.

Attire

We advise clients to wear appropriate fitness/dance clothing only. No jeans, please.

  • Jazz: bodysuit, tights or spandex shorts, jazz shoes
  • Contemporary & Lyrical: bodysuit, tights or leggings
  • Acrobatics: bodysuit, spandex shorts, no socks/shoes
  • Hip Hop, Urban & Caribbean styles: comfortable clothing
